Founder of Align Right Realty Gulf Coast and Owner of Quality Building Development. Over 2 decades of Real Estate and construction holding multiple real estate brokerage licenses for local and national builders. Specializes in sales/marketing and team development resulting in millions of dollars in property sales.
VP & CFO John Hornbeck
Accountant provider using GAAP tools through Credence Advisors. CPA and Certified Internal Auditor of 25 years. CFO of multiple auto and hospitality startups where he provided financial management, accounting, finance, treasury and long range planning. Former CFO of $275 million medical device service. Merger, planner and acquisition guru.
Financial Counselor Jacquelyn Shephard
Dual Bachelors degrees in Finance and International Business from the University of South Florida. All-American swimmer who knows the importance of a cohesive team environment. Owner/operator of Jackie's Houses LLC with 20 years of vacation and annual rental house provision. Volunteers much of her free time to her community.
Site Coordinator Nicholas Worlds
Atlanta Braves scouted pitcher before injury. Became an entrepreneur and business consultant in the night club and entertainment industry. Founded Boujetta Cosmetics to solve problems voiced by actors and models about their limited makeup variety. Has since entered the Real Estate Development and Investments world, remodeling and updating homes that sold for significant profit.
Interior Designer Bobbie Smith
Founder and owner of Interior Design by Bobbie, graduated Magna Cum Laud from International Academy of Design. With 2 decades of design experience working with nation's largest homebuilders and Fortune 500 companies. Enjoys working with individual clients on personal home remodels and builds from the ground up. Member of NKBA, NEWH and ASID certified.
Darrell & Michele Blethen
Air Force veteran, Darrell has two and a half decades in the mattress and furniture industry. Also an international freight broker.
Navy veteran and real estate agent, Michele has 17 years of occupational therapy assistant experience.
Sean Stickler
Construction expert with over two and a half decades of residential and commercial experience. Along with 7 years in the furniture and mattress industry.
